Help identify this IC: IL 1088EP1-03

I am repairing a DC generator's voltage regulator and couldn't find the datasheet or a replacement part for this 8-Pin PDIP IC with the label: IL 1088EP1-03

Will much appreciate your help.

@Chris, thank you so much. I contacted this company asking for more details since the IC is not mentioned on their website but most probably they are the manufacturer.

From its connection in the circuit, I guess it's a PWM IC.

@wraper, will try to post a photo soon, but anyways there is no logo on the IC, only the label I mentioned and nothing else.

Wow! I found it in the spanish version of the website Chris pointed to:
http://integral.by/spain/?section_id=59

Its label is a bit different: KB1088EP1-03-4 but I think it's the IC I am looking for as it's defined on the website as: Driver of Power Bipolar Transistor for Hybrid Voltage Regulator for Alternator.

After some more search I found its datasheet:

Ok, now I am looking for an alternative IC that can do the same function. I would appreciate your help again!

Still can't find an alternative for KB1088EP1-03. Can anybody help please?

This is Belarus special. This company likes to make illegal clones very much (they even make one of the FT232R clones, ftdigate tread here), so if there were any compatible ICs, they would be in the compatibility list over the link you posted.
