Help Identify this Mosfet or Transistor
« on: October 26, 2021, 08:14:31 pm »
Hello
The small cheap power supply for my netgear switch has had a crisis. It looks like a 10uF capacitor has given up and taken the main mosfet/transistor out with it. Its in a TO-126 package on the mains side of the switch mode power supply and I can see part of a logo and the number 13, the rest has been wiped out  by the crater left from 'the event', I've attached a picture.

1307816-0

An S8050 transistor got took out too.

PSU Part Number: 332-10115-01
Input: 220-240V ~
Output: 12V DC at 350mA

Any ideas?

Thanks
Karl.

I'd go for the MJE13009?...

Just teardown an old electronic ballast and salvage it..

Thanks for that,
I have ordered 20 x MJE13003 mostly because they were the cheapest, along with 10 x S8050 and some capacitors.

At least I'll have spares
