« on: June 25, 2024, 01:04:19 pm »
Hi guys,

I'm repairing NEC thermal camera TVS-8502.

The one of tantalum capacitors is shorted, and the chip in TSSOP-8 case is damaged on the rail with this capacitor.
The case is damaged, but the board has the same ICs.

The chip has Siliconix like mark. Top marking is "543A".  ~1995 production year

Pinout:
1 Power rail 1 +
2 GND
3 GND
4 ??
5 ??
6 Power rail 2 +
7 Power rail 2 +
8 Power rail 1 +

dual FET?

FOUND: Si6543DQ
