Hi guys,
I'm repairing NEC thermal camera TVS-8502.
The one of tantalum capacitors is shorted, and the chip in TSSOP-8 case is damaged on the rail with this capacitor.
The case is damaged, but the board has the same ICs.
The chip has Siliconix like mark. Top marking is "543A". ~1995 production year
