Help identifying an SMD Diode

At first I thought it was 5.1B but then after researching, I think it might be S1B which is 1N4002 (100V 1A). Just need someone to confirm. Also not sure what the "13" denotes?

It's a Rohm's PTZ5.1B Zener diode.

I found some pictures of compatible PTZ5.1B, although they have "5.1B" top marking, but in some different fonts.
Finally I found a picture of this genuine PTZ8.2B, you can clearly recognize that it is a family member of the device OP is looking for.

I guess it was a "5" after all. I mean, it looked like a "5" to me, but I just kept coming up short when searching for "5.1B". S1B on the other hand, led me to the 1N4002. Thanks for the correction and for your help.
