Help identifying component SOT-23
« on: January 15, 2019, 02:02:58 pm »
Have a SOT-23-3 Transistor that has the markings LP on the top of it. Nothing else. I need a replacement but i cannot find any information at all on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I want to think it's a voltage sensing transistor but i'm not sure.

Wow that's one awesome regulator. The range on it looks promising. I guess i should have been less ambiguous but this part is for a gtx 1080 ti gpu. I'll see if i can find one and get it in. I've been looking all day on any donor parts, camera, motherboards, other gpus. But i just haven't been able to find one dimension wise that matches. I don't know how to tell the name difference between the slightly smaller and larger sot23 packages.

edit: I've attached a photo of the area that the chip came off of.
