Help identifying component SOT23-6 [HSCU]

(1/1)

kkontak:
Hi.
Does anybody identify this SOT23-6 component?

Marked as HSCU, it is powered by 3.3V and connected to I2C bus, next to an eeprom.

pinout
1 - SCL
2 - ?
3 - SDA
4 - GND
5 - 3V3 (one of them could be logic input)
6 - 3V3 (one of them could be logic input)

It could be just protection diodes or some fancy pull-up resistor network, or a temperature sensor because the device shows the board temperature but the whole thing is controlled by a STM32F107 ARM which by itself has its own temperature sensor.

Thanks

Seeing it next to coil, I reckon it is a buck converter.  :-/O
Now go figure what part it is.

kkontak:
Sorry for the confusion.

The inductor is part of the 12V to 5V step down converter, which is build around another IC, not shown in the picture.
There is also another step down converter for the 3.3V on the other side of the PCB.

But the HSCU is not part of any of the power converters.

Thanks, that fits, even though it's strange to have another serial eeprom besides the 24C.
