Anyone know what CP3 is? It is part of an optoisolator digital input circuit.

Capacitor array.
It looks like it is setup as two series capacitors. I'm not sure this even saves the board area. It is possible that they were just trying to reduce BOM item count.
Although connection to D9 is strange, so may be they are using it as 3 series capacitors.

Ahh, thanks, that makes sense.
The diodes are fast switching double diodes and are configured as a full wave bridge rectifier. The capacitor array is wired so there is a capacitor across each diode, I guess to limit EMC.
