Title: Help identifying SMPS IC (Solved)
Post by: madmaxbryan on November 04, 2016, 05:47:44 am
I've been working on repairing an LED display at work, but I cant seem to find any information on the SMPS IC. Its a 10 pin QFN with "M7CN 950" marked on top. Its taking in 24 volts and I believe outputs 5 volts. Can anyone identify this IC?

Hi there,

It might be a MP4460 from MPS, judging by the circuit in your photograph.

FYI: G-search "step down converter QFN10 M7". First that came up.

The pinout does appear to match the circuit perfectly, I think you found a match. Thank you for your help.
