| Help identifying SOT23s with marking 6B> |

I'm trying to figure out what these are. They are on a Fluke 175. I'm thinking they might be BC817's going by the 6B marking, but the > after is throwing me off. I can't seem to find a 6B> Thanks guys. |

I think "6B>" is an LBC817-25LT1G (= BC817-25).
