Does this look like a fuse

While troubleshooting a power supply I found two of these that indicate open. I’m guessing they are fuses.  The same ones on a different operating channel are dead shorts. Anyone happen to have a schematic for a R&S 3040 power supply channel?

Hi!
Is it R&S power supply? It also has Fast 7A in parallel.

Yes. Channel 4 crapped out.  Both fuses are gone. You sure it’s parallel?
