Hi,
I am trying to repair a super old Ericsson Radio Relay Transceiver.

The receiver side is having a very bad sensitivity. After taking apart the 43kg beast :phew: I found on the receiver module the input rf goes to multiple stages of amplification before going into the mixer. Good news is one of the amplifier is :bullshit: shorted bad news is I am not sure whats the exact replacement is.
Its a SOT-363/SC-70 6 Pin Package with a marking of 82C. The receiver works from 600MHz to 980MHz
At the moment i am waiting for parts to make an extension jig so I can probe the bias voltage of similar amplifiers in the board to have an idea what operating voltage it should be.
My initial guess is its a MGA-82563, it fits the smd code, the package and the frequency range. the pin assignment even the gain seems logical but is there any other option, please feel free to suggest ^-^
Thank You
