Help me identify these encoders

Not at all, they belong to now obsolete, NLA Garland commercial oven controller.
It's the footprint that matters here not much else.
But now that you mentioned  it they do look like those in older infiniium scopes.

I did a search of images of Alps encoders, nothing came close.
I do think that they may be alps parts, but  I need to know at least partial model number or series.

yup. they are the same brand used in the infiniium scopes ( and 54645 / 54622 style machine )
They are NOT alps .  they are some chinese manufacturer. i fuond them once. let me see if i wrote it down somehwere ...

They read M24B311 and they do fit :)
