Help me identify this mosfet.

Dose anyone know where to get datasheet for this mosfet ?
It is used in makita cordless fan.For controlling speed(PWM).

Do this in a few steps:

1). Search for a few sites with SMD marking codes.
2). Type the code on your FET into a few of those sites.
3). Compare results.

If you google for "I4144 mosfet" it's on top of the hits.

I googled for 14144 Mosfet when this post first appeared, and found nothing.

Now I realise the part is actually I  4144   where I is the letter "I", not the number 1.

One might think that manufacturers would try and avoid using letters such as I and O in their nomenclature, especially since devices are nowadays so much smaller and difficult to identify, particularly when they are burnt or blown up.

How did you found out what device it was ?

I recognised the logo, so that helped a lot.
