20* is the marking code for BF545A. Maybe they are using the J-FET as a low leakage diode?

Taking a guess....

The DRxx components are resistors.
The DCxx components are capacitors.
You could make the assumption that DDxx is a diode of some sort.

Look at the pins - the bottom two are coupled together, so yeah, it's probably a diode.

I can't quite make out the markings on it. Is it "20A" or is it "2D"?
Maybe its "20" as BKTemp mentioned.

Look through some SMD marking tables and see if you can find something that matches.
