Help me repair a pc smps

I have a pc smps which does not turn on when I connect the green wire to a black..the green is having 5v supply..when I connect this to motherboard the supply led (green) on the motherboard turn on but the motherboard does not turn on..I also found a 5v supply from another dark blue wire..I checked the motherboard using another smps and it works.. somebody help me repair this..

Most likely you don't want to hear this, but I'd recommend to buy a new one or get it fixed by someone experienced in repairing SMPSUs. Fixing an ATX PSU isn't a job for a beginner.
