Title: Help me to identify this inrush limiter / posistor.

Hi All,
Really struggling with getting datasheet for this PTC inrush limiter. I do not recognise manufacturers logo, and Google does not hit on the part number. Can anyone help? Pic attached.
Markings. 400X CSW42

The photo is blurred , need good pics  and the pins number or device model number
