Help needed identifying component with blown-off piece on a TJ05B marked PSU

This IC seems to be made by Shenzhen StrongLink Electronics Co.,LTD (
http://eng.STGLSEMI.COM
), however their website and catalog:
http://eng.stglsemi.com/UploadFile/2014862113928021.pdf
seems last updated in 2014. The IC is SOP-8 packaged.
Please help, it looks very similar to LY2596, but that's available only in DIP-8 package.

I know it would be easier to just replace the entire module, however I'm interested in this because there is no optocoupler feedback, nor any power mosfets. Seems to be made with a minimum number of components, supplying around 4-500mA.
