Help needed: reed relay for Datron DMMs

I'm trying to find a replacement part for reed relay which is marked Hamlin HE721A5134  or GTI 831A-071E.
It has 15V rated coil with 2000ohms resistance, one SPST contact and electrostatic shield around the reed switch. The shield is connected to pin 9.
Package has footprint compatible with DIL14.
It is used in AC converter of most of Datron DMMs.
