Title: Help on ID of TO-220 device in a HP8648A

I am trying to repair a HP8648A, Two devices on the motherboard are marked:

55-0645
IR9423
7K  4Z

It is a TO-220 package.

I have tried repeated searches for this with no luck.

The HP part number is 1855-0645, which is a BUZ11...
