Help repairing a motherboard MSI Z77A-G43

Hello there!

I have an old PC with an MSI Z77A-G43 motherboard that died recently.
After investigating the board I found a MOSFET in the VRM area that was destroyed.
I was able to get the number of it - Nikos P0803BD VNE03L20.

If I search for this on the net I can't find this exact component. I found a bunch that is similar, but I don't know if could lead to other problems in the future.

Can someone help with this situation?
