Help - Replacement “Light Diffusers” for LCD TV

I did a repair on a 60" led Samsung TV which went fine, but, I left the diffusers (the parts between the thick plastic and the LCD panel) rolled up in this period of 2 weeks waiting on parts. Well at somepoint something must have smoodged it to leave some open spots on them. It now has serious smearing where the light is shining through.

Does anyone know what this material is and where I can order a replacement or the raw stock myself? Thanks!
