Help to ID a component
« on: July 08, 2014, 06:09:44 pm »
I have a microsoft laser mouser 7000 with no power and one chip is getting hot.

If you can help ID this chip it would be so helpful as in its place ive been using a tiny mouse which is really hurting my wrist. A replacement 7000 series is around £40 so well worth repairing!

The chip is a sot552 package with markings:
7ATI AIP

Ive borrowed another Microsoft laser mouse to look inside, 6000 series, the chip is almost marked the same. The circuits look different as the connected resistors are not values which match.
That chip is a sot552 package with markings:
56TI AIR
