Help to identify capacitor for repair
« on: September 20, 2018, 12:04:32 am »
Hiya,

I have attached a picture of a 330uf tantalum capacitor that I’m trying to identify so I can purchase it in the uk from Farnell or cpc. I was hoping someone could Id the shown capacitor as I can’t find it anywhere.

Many thanks in advance

It's a polymer cap. It's Panasonic and it's rated for 2V. So use parametric search and look at datasheets. I found this cap but particularly 330uF does not come with 3 terminals. Should be some other series http://www.farnell.com/datasheets/2059649.pdf?_ga=2.65817065.652161654.1537256060-1354045019.1503601835. Also there is a similar cap from Kemet https://eu.mouser.com/datasheet/2/212/KEM_T2018_T528-1104104.pdf

Can't thank you enough. I need my MacBook for a recording on Friday and you've just saved my bacon!
