The chip manual information is on top,I want to know what the number 37 at the end of this DA9053 37 represents.

I expect that a customer could define the default startup voltages and power on sequence for their particular application. "37" would refer to a particular configuration. FWIW, that's the way that Active Semiconductor marks its PMICs.
