PJ2449LR - what it is
« on: July 24, 2017, 07:53:09 pm »
Need help with identification of this element. It has size of "1812" resistor, except it is 2.5 mm or so high. Most probably it is suppression diode - most probably it is protecting output of the driver circuit, before power transistors. Now it is "short" and one of the transistors is dead (W15NK90Z), together with several elements (3x100 ohm resistors connected in parallel and 300 ohm resistor connected to the gate). Whole stuff is in BK9185 high voltage PSU.
And finally, maybe someone knows where it can be purchased (with shipping to EU/Poland).
--edit--
The housing is most probably the DO214AA type.
--edit--
Best.

Ok, it looks like SMBJ17A diode. Can anyone confirm that?
