A diode has failed on a Panasonic microwave circuit board. I believe the diode is part of the mains rectification section. I can’t find a schematic for this model.
There are only 4 characters on the diode: zero, 6 and then two characters on their sides, which could be sixes or nines.
I have copied these characters onto paper as they appear and also show 2 photos of the diode.
I’d be grateful for any help in identifying it or a suggestion for a replacement.

Put a new one that is enough.
Numbers could be 0.6*1000V 6A, 9A peak.

I would locate a service manual for a similar Panasonic microwave oven and then identify a diode with the same function.
