Help with Fluke 434 3-phase power quality analyzer that gone dark

The screen has gone dark on my Fluke 434 3-phase power quality analyzer.  The backlight control won't make it any brighter.  I know it is not a fuse because I can hear the meter power up.  Any ideas what the problem  or how I might be able to fix it myself.
