Help with HP 54815 oscilloscope drivers

There's somthing wrong with my HP54815A scope HDD?I got a new HDD and replaced the old one?
 By the way?I updated the system memory from 32MB to 256MB?After that?I installed a new win2000 OS?
But the problem is?How can I install the scope PCI interface card driver?I have already tried the VXI driver
downloaded from keysight 54815A driver page?But it useless?
 Now?I can only ask for this problem here?Is here anyone who knows about that fucking driver?

Those scopes never shipped with Windows 2000, they were Win95 and Win98. I doubt you'll ever get it to work.
