Help with identification of SMD RF switch
« on: January 22, 2022, 10:54:36 am »
Can anyone help with the identification of this SMD component which I think is a SPDT RF switch from the rf board of a Viavi JDSU JD785A spectrum analyser?

I've searched through the Analog Devices, Macom and Mini-Circuits catalogs but cannot find anything close to the same pin arrangement. I've also tried a couple of the SMD lookup sites. The board was manufactured in 2013 so it could be an obsolete part?

Thanks in advance.
