Can anyone identify this component? I have an Opto 8000 frequency counter for repair.  The parts list and schematic I have downloaded is a different version than what I have.  There are two of these parts marked 1mO 16/v and a 4700uf 35v electrolytic on the power supply board.  They appear too large for a 1uf 16v electrolytic It measures about 1-1/4" long by 3/4" in diameter.
Does anyone have this model frequency counter or know what this component is?

Thank you,
Chuck

Could it be 1000 uF (i.e., 1.0mF)?  Just a guess based on what you said...

Do you know what the power supply voltages are?

It does appear to be a 1000 uF electrolytic.

There is an 880-page Tesla catalogue (1989, Czechoslovakia) which has datasheets for these capacitors ( page ~600):

https://pdfcoffee.com/tesla-katalog-5-elektronicke-souastky-1989-tesla-eltos-1989-cz-scanned-by-elped-pdf-free.html

They use mO and uF to denote the capacitance.

Thank you for all your help.
The components are listed as C2 and C3.  C1 is a 4700uf 35V electrolytic.  The manual listed on the internet is different than the model I have.  The manual I downloaded shows the model as 8000.1A.  I must have an earlier or later version.  Also the model I have has a LM309K 5v regulator.  I believe they may be a 1000uf 16v as others have posted.
