Help w/rectifier ID?
« on: December 23, 2019, 05:45:44 pm »
My Google-fu seems weak on this one, I'm not finding anything on this rectifier.  Anyone got an idea what this is and where a datasheet can be found?  Thanks, as usual...

Edit: Confirmed. It is a high-voltage, general purpouse rectifier diode in a transistor-like (TO-220-2L) package. The series is called "Stealth" by the looks of the Digikey description.
Remember that a lot of manufacturers only include part of a part number on small packages that can't hold the entire number. This is one of those cases. The full part number is ISL9R8120P2, but on the package they cut a portion of the part number off.

Here is the Digikey page for it, you can find a datasheet for this diode there:
https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/on-semiconductor/ISL9R8120P2/ISL9R8120P2-ND/565978?utm_campaign=buynow&utm_medium=aggregator&WT.z_cid=ref_findchips_standard&utm_source=findchips

Hope this helps :)
