high impedance source with low impedance input

If your amplifier or ADC input is low impedance like 640 Ohm. And your signal source impedance is 200 kOhm with 1 Volt signal, and you put multimeter probe in the input of the amplifier or ADC, will the voltage decrease from 1 Volt or increase?   What situation when the input voltage actually increase in value?
