HIOKI 3256-50 shows ERR2

Hello every body!
I'm a newbie :D I have an volt-ohm-milli-ammeter, it's HIOKI 3256-50.
When I open, it always shows ERR2.
Do you know what's happend? Can everyone can guide me to fix it?
