Hitachi 18V lion battery charger relays switching every few seconds.

Good afternoon.

I'm attempting to repair an Hitachi UC 18v YKSL battery charger.

Fault: Charger showed no signs of life.

I swapped the blown T3.15A fuse and the chocke (no continuity) and it is now outputting the correct voltages.

However, the relay (Panasonic ALDP105) is switching every few seconds.

Any help diagnosing the fault would be appreciated.

There is a series lamp limiter (40W) on the supply (230V).
