Hitachi Opus 1 (mx-w01) main board extraction

Hi, sounds a bit lame, but struggling to remove the large main board for power supply repair. Any tips welcome! The problem is all the pcb mounted rca connectors at the back. Not happy with the amount of force required so far. Pretty sure i don't know the knack on this one.
