Title: Hota 6s charger repair. What is this diode?

Hi All. I am repairing a Hota 6s charger, 2 or 3 or the diodes that go between the cells on the balance plug have died. i would like to replace these but unsure what they are, Markings show it as a 15BH but google is not helping me with this one.
Hoping somone may be able to shed some light.

Looks like a 15 V zener. Do you have (ha ha) schematic for that part of the circuit?
