Yesterday try to update battery power system 2xAA to 3.7V 800mah battery, suddenly meter show me this message

now totally confuse about it

any one have any solution idea ?

Does it work if you put back the AAs?
The fully charged voltage of the 3.7V cell probably is 4.3V - that may have damaged your meter.

yes,already try it using 2x-AA battery but still same ErrE message showing and instant power off
