The schematic diagram of the circuit is as follows.K12 and K13 can be closed or opened individually.On the right is the physical definition diagram.
I don't know how to connect the pins for 10DB and 20DB functionality.This is a high voltage decay sampling circuit.
If you know how to connect please let me know, thanks for your help

I would say 4/13 is the common pair, 6/11 is the NC pair (connected to COM when unenergized), and 8/9 is the NO pair (disconnected from COM when unenergized).
As for the schematic, this is how I guess it works:

You should look carefully at any notes accompanying the schematic. Does the schematic show the circuit with the relays energized or un-energized? Depending on that, the pin assignments given above might be reversed (6-8 and 9-11).
Also, in some rare cases, the relay coil (1-16) might be polarized, that is to say, the +12V may need to go specifically to one side of the coil.
If you are working on an existing piece, try to get the model number of the relay and look for a specification sheet.
