Hi all.
        If You engage laptops repair, you know hat in Lenovo all BGA chips is with "black compound" and when we unsolder it - we have big chance to damage contacts in motherboard.
        Fast and safe way before desoldering - is use WD-40. Before desoldering - we add a small amount of WD-40  under chip,  and waiting 20-30 min. Then we can desoldering chip on infrared station.
       We can see this process in my video

 

       In this video i speak russian, but i think everything will be clear. I wish all successful repairs.

This is a awesome video, thanks. You tell waht happened to the sides of the chip but i cant understand russian. Can you tell?
