R&S SME03 boot up with "Unknown Interrupt"

Hello,
I have a SME03 with failed CPU board battery. After replaced battery, when boot in to system, it noticed that need do self-calibration. OK, so I made it.
But after finished calibration, when cycle-power, it stopped with "Unknown Interrupt (Vector 0) at 08049C34h". if cycle-power again, it can boot successfully, but seems SME03 has no save calibration data...
What should I need to to next?
