How to get rubber holster for bm827s or Greenlee dm-820a?

Have you tried contacting the manufacturer?  It's a low enough pricepoint that they may not, but for a lot of more expensive current equipment you can often get feet or rubber surrounds as replacements.  Otherwise your best bet is probably finding a broken unit to salvage it from or designing/3d printing a replacement for yourself, which is a pretty substantial task.

Thank u I did try the manufacturer maybe they will get back to me soon. I might lookinto a 3day printed version i suppose.
