How to ´hack´ Supermicro PWS-721P-1R power supply

Hey there!

I ´ve received a server power supply PWS-721P-1R, to be checked. I can´t find info about how to turn the thing on. It seems to work, stby voltage appears, fan turns, just waiting a signal to turn on.
I´ve found in The Breakout board Compatibility list,  a breakout that (may?) work on this model, but no real recipe on how this is signaled on.

Any help?
