e3642a power supply problem
« on: December 08, 2021, 12:51:36 pm »
Use 34411a to detect the 5v power supply output by e3642a, and find that the waveform is a bit jittery, and there is a little regularity (about once in 70 seconds), and the jitter amplitude is between 600uV.

Is the e3642a power supply faulty?

Can you make a current draw measurement and see if these are correlated?

Measure the current, 5V R1K 5MA. If it is a power failure, which part may be caused by it?
