[SOLVED] 5 pin 5V linear regulator identification/compatible replacement

Could somebody help me identifying a regulator from year 1995 Jeep Wrangler ECU? Or perhaps just point me to something compatible.

This regulator supplies a 5V CPU section of the ECU, providing some signal (POWERGOOD to nRESET?) to the supplied CPU.
This is a 5-pin TO-220 IC with this pinout (left to right):
1 - Vin (car 12V)
2 - POWERGOOD, connected to CPU nRST - this is a guess, has an external pullup
3 - GND
4 - ? - connected only to a big ceramic cap to gnd
5 - Vout

All this looks very similar to MIC29301 and brothers, but has a different pinout. If I’ll not find out a pin-compatible ic I’ll use MIC29301 bending it’s legs a bit.
