Hi All -
I was recently given an old HP 3330B Automatic Synthesizer, and was told a capacitor had burned up inside, and damaged a board. I've poked around inside and found the damage - C13 - called out in the parts list as a 0.1 uF, 100 V ceramic capacitor (don't recall EVER seeing a a ceramic cap fail so spectacularly!) on the A35 board in the power supply section. It appears that a repair effort was made and that a burned trace was jumpered and a new ceramic cap bodged in, but there's still an ugly burned crater on the board.
Board overall:

Detail of damage:

The A35 board is in the small isolated cage at the rear center of the chassis, under the flat aluminum cover with two oblong holes:

Board partially removed from card cage:

Does anyone have a 3330B, and if so, would you please take a picture of that area of the A35 board and post it here so I can see what it originally looked like? Thanks.
