HP 34401A ERROR 621 AND 622

I can not read the alternating signal on my multimeter and I get errors 621 and 622 please someone who can help me thanks

download the service manual, open the device and do some measurement. Post here your results.

Always start with measuring the power supply rails.
Many times a problem can be found there.
