Chip ID - Kogan Smart Plug does not power up

Hi folks,

Can anyone identify the chip with the divot taken out of it in the top left of the board (U1)? My guess is it's a switchmode controller. Looking at a working board, the chip markings are 'ASZBWA', but Google isn't being helpful at identifying it.
