HP 34401A current fail

Hello i need help to repair HP34401A  selt test pass but it fails when measuring current for both AC & DC till 1.2 Amps ok after that its showing excess for example if we give 1.3Amps it shows 2.7Amps. I changed IC U201 still same can any one help me to solve this problem

Fucked up current shunt, maybe?

Internally the 100 mV range is used to measure the voltage at the shunt. So it the 100 mV range working correct ?

What is the resistance between the current terminals in the different current range modes?
