counter HP 5351A HPIB failure

HP5351A does not work HPIB, replacing the MK3870 piggybak (U5) is very expensive, I would first try to verify the correctness of the EPROM content by comparing it with the hexadecimal code of a functioning one, if anyone has it and can communicate it to me thank you, I live in Italy.
